Upcoming workshops - When the going gets tough ... the tough get Lean

ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA, 30 AUGUST 2011 – Manufacturing Focus is sponsoring two workshops to be held during Southern Adelaide Business Month (October 2011). The workshops, titled ‘When the going gets tough…the tough get Lean’, will take business owners and key operational people of manufacturing companies through some simple and inexpensive techniques that can easily be applied to their business to produce more product with less – less time, less energy, less raw materials.

Mark Fusco, Managing Director of Manufacturing Focus, said the company is pleased to join with Innovate SA to provide these sessions for local manufacturers.

“We are proud to be able to give something back to our community and to support local business in this way” Mr Fusco said. “The sessions will assist the participants to understand what they could do differently in their manufacturing business to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations”.
